At SEO SMO Hub, we strive to offer high-quality digital services and SEO/SMO tools to our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be granted, in accordance with Indian laws and digital commerce best practices.
All services, including but not limited to SEO, SMO, PPC, GEO, ORM, and ASO, as well as access to digital tools and downloadable resources, are non-tangible and are delivered online. Once access to a service or tool has been provided or work has commenced, no cancellation or refund will be applicable.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services and SEO tool usage, refunds cannot be issued once a service has been delivered or a tool has been accessed or used. This includes strategy consultations, reports, audits, AI-based tools, or any other deliverables shared.
If you have purchased a service but have not yet used the service or tool (and no work has commenced from our end), you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment. In such cases, your request will be reviewed and processed within 7–10 business days.
For recurring subscriptions, cancellation requests must be raised at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date. Once a subscription is renewed, it is non-refundable for that billing cycle.

All refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment via Razorpay, subject to their processing timelines and policies.
