What a backlink maker does: websites such as whois lookups, site-statistics pages, DNS reports and website-value estimators build a public page for any domain that someone asks about, and many of those pages show the domain as a clickable link. You give it one domain, it builds the page address on every site in its list, requests each one so that the page exists, and shows you the result. That is the whole mechanism.
